Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel from Paulaner brewery is a dark unfiltered wheat beer with a magnificent bright and harmonious taste and rich aroma with distinct sweet malt notes. The low hop content in beer forms a light, non-dominant hop bitterness. Beer is brewed according to an old recipe, and the method of its preparation somewhat repeats the methods of medieval brewers who brewed malt in clay ovens before burning out, which gave the beer a dark, rich color.
